I’m thinking of extending my OGSF2 run past the standard 6 months. How long can I go before you recommend moving on to something else?

Edit: Also, do you think it’s a waste of time to use EPHRA6 if I’m only going to use it for a few months?

At the end of the instructions for how to use it, you'll see the number of months to use it that constitutes one run-through.  You're welcome to use it for as many run-throughs as you like, but try to use it for that much time per run-through to get the best results.  Basically, you can use it as long as you like, provided that you're still getting execution and not having subconscious boredom shut it down.

It's not a waste of time to use EHPRAv6 for a few months, but you should try to follow the instructions I talked about earlier concerning a single run-through.

Are you basically saying to treat the instructed amount of time like a minimum and if I want to do more I can? Or are you saying to stick to the instructed time as rigidly as possible and that I can go over it if I want but I’ll get diminishing returns?
