Meditation: Yes
Morphic Fields: I don't currently know enough about this subject to make a confident conclusion.  The reason for a no answer would be if it disrupts the subliminal or the process the subliminal uses to achieve its goals.
Natural Grounding: We have found this to be disruptive to certain programs, especially including AM, SM, WM.  So generally not a good idea.
EFT: I don't see an issue.
Affirmations: Just try not to contradict the goal of whatever subliminal you're using.

Using mind programming with a subliminal is not a good idea in general, especially with older 5G tech.
