5 days on, 5 days off with 15 minutes per day on.
According to the instructions basically.
Usually use it at night before bed but if I forget or don't have time I'll do it the following morning.
Seems I'm a very tough nut to crack. Perhaps I'm a special case user and normal instructions won't work for me?

And you've had no urges to use different settings as a result of AutoConfig, I take it?

No. I don't know what to adjust.
