Theoretically speaking if the user isn't afraid of sex and success he can get a lot of results with DMSI and SM I assume...
Anyhow I'll have to try each one of them to understand what you are talking about. 
My experience is with my affirmations and manifestations process which helped me attract many sexual opportunities including some potentially "dangerous" ones fear wasn't an issues because it happened to me.
I created it before I was involved in the situations so to speak the script has been written and I only participated.
I'm not sure how it is different 
It was much fun and it got better as long as I continued to focus in the same direction. Some of the things that things that happened were totally crazy I could write a book.
At some point I got lazy and I wanted to manifest things unconsciously that's why I'm here

I can share 10 years ago that at first when things start to manifest and I was inexperienced and scared I didn't completely understand the whole situation and I stopped the process afraid of my own success 
But once you live it, it becomes the new norm.

Making things happen at the subconscious isn't always manifestation.  DMSI uses manifestation, but it's only one of the tools in the (vast) toolbox.  SM also uses manifestation, but it is there also just one of the many tools in that toolbox.  X4A makes no effort to use manifestation at all.  But working completely with the subconscious is a completely different landscape than involving the conscious mind (typically hypnosis, NLP, affirmations and afformations).  The conscious mind is a very powerful force in it's own right, and while it can be manipulated by the subconscious, it is also, in it's own ways, much stronger than the subconscious.  So it is possible to get results that way that would not happen using subliminals alone unless you clear away the subconscious fears.

The parts of the subconscious that have the most power to influence things to the goal are in many cases, the very parts that are most susceptible to fear.  Thus, we have subliminals like DMSI, where the conscious mind wants the goal, and some of the subconscious wants the goal, but the "prime mover" is afraid that it will literally get murdered if it achieves the goal or genuinely attempts to.  Impossibly ridiculous and irrational, but that's just how that part of the human awareness works.  There are things we can do, but they are slow, and so I have been working on developing ways to get past that issue for a long time.

I have personally had insanely good results on DMSI (every version I tried), SM and X4A-1000, 1511 and now even moreso with 2000.  I know others who have likewise had repeatable results on that level with each of those programs.  But most guys are for whatever reason afraid of sex, or women, or getting to sex, etc.  So we wither have to find a way past that or leave them behind.  I'd like to do both: find a way past it, and then create something that leaves them behind, which they can aspire to grow into readiness for and use eventually.

I wanted to reply when I have more time to explain and to really define what I was talking about but I cannot find this time right now because of work so I will reply in the best way I can: 

My definition of manifesting is as simple as the following examples:
Mirror affirmations "I'm beautiful and I love myself" => Women/People and clients complimenting "You are so handsome! And beautiful!" Out of nowhere 

Another example would be writing gratitude => always finding parking place where one should never always find parking places.

As you can see in these two examples the human being didn't try necessarily to manifest a parking place or compliments however he started to attract and manifestation things into he's life.
These two examples are very simple and the manifestation can be bigger in everyway.
The joy of living that way is also not discussed but can be enormous change to ones life and wellbeing.

By that process of thought I thought to myself:
One could use a "Simple program" like AOS 4g which has a sentence in it for example "I am sexy" therefore should manifest into his life people being attracted to him and situations circumstances and events which reflect that in every possible way -> women coming into his life because he is sexy and attractive .  And being invited to parties and social gatherings just so the universe will Express itself through him to show him how sexy he is


Another subject:
Can you update OPH to repel 5G and EMF radiation? Even better, if it's possible maybe it should be in every subliminal. I've noticed EMF and 5G/4G/3G can really affect health
