If I listen to E6 with somebody else in the room like my wife for example is it going to be ineffective?

If so do I continue to listen for 4 more days or do I redo day 1?

If you purchased your copy, or subscribed to it, and someone else is exposed while you are using it for yourself, that will not trigger anti-piracy scripting or make it ineffective.  It's still fair use.
