I was just reviewing the listening instructions for OPH: there were instructions for listening time, and how many days on/off, but no recommended track. Is ultrasonic preferred on this one, or is there no preference?

Edit:  It is mentioned in the volume settings instructions, but not as being the recommended track.  ("...headphones or ear buds are not recommended when you're using the Ultrasonic track...)

The recommended go-to track is ultrasonic, for all of my programs.  I recommend that you only try Masked if Ultrasonic is too aggressive for you or bothers your ears, and only try Hybrid if Ultrasonic and Masked do not achieve results.
