Stage 5, Day 5:
Yesterday, I felt very comfortable and confident, so it seems the program is positively affecting my confidence.
In every interaction, I felt in control. I perceived myself as a strong alpha male. At one club on the dance floor, I noticed the respect I received from others; they moved aside to let me through.
Alpha of Alphas:
In the first bar we went to I approached two girls sitting (I've been approaching girl for years).
Then a guy who sat with 6 of his friends near their table tried to interrupt my conversation with the hot girl.
Guess what - I naturally ignored him.
It felt very natural and unchallenged to simply turn my back to him and continue the conversation.
It wasn't a new move, but it felt very congruent doing so.
I felt unafraid with the presence of a strong guy and that's new and very welcomed changed!!
I felt extremely confident and didn't see him as a challenge, even though he appeared very alpha himself.
Being an unaffected Alpha King:
One of my friends was experiencing a lot of anxiety, but this time it didn't affect me.
Previously, his anxiety and questioning often dragged me into a negative spiral.
Last few times, I felt disappointed in myself for being so affected and hoped the AM6 program would make me more centered, which it hadn't on those few times.
But now, oh boy, the last two times I went out, I was in control!
I felt I am an amazing alpha male.
Everytime he lost control I was in control.
Everytime he challenged my views or thoughts - I was super centered.
I also felt very comfortable and confident when talking to girls haha
I was in control and not giving my power away.
I will say I need to be more expressive and less serious talking to people.
Women Magnet/Sex Magnet will probably help with the social interactions.
Some really liked me, but they weren't the girls I'm really interested in.
The 7s seem to like me, but the 9/10s I've met were nice yet not attracted. Seems like I still have some clearing to do.
Currently, I'm very happy with the progress in Stage 5 and my results overall.
Frustration did come up, but it feels like I'm moving forward, becoming stronger as a man, and it's great when these instances occur! It's not an easy ride, but it does feel good, and I am changing for the better!!
