I remember back with AM 2010/2011 (previous versions) there was heaps of us with journals who kept reporting apocalptic and zombie type dreams, it's interesting.
Getting pissed off at people is definately part of AM. Generally it's people who were manipulating you or taking advantage and you were too afraid to speak up. I noticed on AM that the anger was a way to push you to do so otherwise you likely wouldn't do it. It's more pronounced in the early stages and evens out as you go on.
