I couldn't really tell you about the chakra's. I don't really know, but I am usually less sexual and have more personal power when I'm doing the Alpha set and it's hard to tell what the confidence sub is doing.

As for the Fearless sub, that's what I'm doing next along with "Everything is Possible".
