There are times, usually at the end of the Alpha Male set that I feel like it would be very beneficial for me to entirely disconnect from femininity for a while and focus on my own growth. I don't know why that always seems to happen at the end of AM, but maybe Shannon can elaborate on that.

The set is designed to allow the user to go through all stages of development in Stages 1-5, and Stage 6 is the one where it is all brought together and polished. In polishing, you are encouraged to do the things you need more work on, but in a gentle manner, not boot camp style anymore. It's sort of a final push in the right direction, but there is no more time left to really make an aggressive push safely.
