Maybe this is resistance, but five months now and I want to try something else. I haven't achieved the end goal but I've definitely made progress along the way. I might not stop now, but, I don't think I'll be on for much longer. I may try staying on for the seven month mark, but I don't expect anything extraordinary to happen. I could also try changing the format to see if that helps...
ASR has my eye again. I'm tempted to try that soon to see if tension is the problem. however $300 is a lot to spend on a whim... maybe a subscription?
You’ve made it this far don’t stop now! You only have 2 months to go before you hit the minimum. Sometimes it becomes a chore to press play and the excitement can fade but what separates the people who get the best results and the people who get mediocre results is the decision you’re facing right now. OF4 is probably the number 1 subliminal you don’t want to shortchange. How long you run it will decide the effectiveness of all future subliminals you run.
Thanks for your concern Frosted. I'm inclined to agree with you, but I think seven months is an arbitrary number to begin with. Like, not everyone will have cleared out all fear in those seven months, which I think Shannon acknowledges in the product description. Having said that, I will probably carry on another two months, until I'm ready to move on. I don't think there's a correct answer here, you can only approach the question intuitively.
In any case, I had an interesting dream last night. In it, a big spider which I think I've dreamt about before was bottled up in a glass container just above my bed and was slowly dying from starvation and perhaps lack of oxygen. I interpret this to mean a fear around women is slowly dissolving.
