she's a beauty but she's pretty heavy so I'm a little embarrassed to bring her out in public-she also scrapes my shins alot-
you-tube is a great coach-just draw a dot on your hand or forearm to remind you of whatever pointers apply to you to staying strict-handstand push ups against a wall will blow your shoulders up and will make shoulder pressing much easier, there alot of lot of fun as well
