How Advanced Stress Relief should be used depends on the situation.
If you are using it while experiencing low to no detectable stress (0 to 3 out of 10), use it for 15 minutes per usage, and then allowed to bloom. This is typically the right setting for use as a sleep induction aid when you are going to bed calm. Simply start it at the 45 minute mark, and set it to stop when it finishes.
If you are using it under a moderate level of stress (4 to 6 out of 10), listen for 25 minutes per usage, and then allowed to bloom. Simply start it at the 35 minute mark, and set it to stop when it finishes.
If you are experiencing high levels of stress (7 to 9 out of 10), listen for 35 minutes per usage, and then allowed to bloom. Simply start it at the 25 minute mark, and set it to stop when it finishes.
If you are experiencing extreme levels of stress (10 out of 10, maximum possible stress), listen for 45 minutes per usage, and then allowed to bloom. Simply start it at the 15 minute mark, and set it to stop when it finishes.
