Looks like I've got two new spots on my right wrist. Boy, my inner child must really hate this. I've been feeling fine however. No emotional releases today. Feel pretty stable, apart from awkward smiling still. I'm considering changing to ultrasonic in preparation for work resuming, as I may need to play it for in the moment benefits. Perhaps next cycle. No urges to change anything otherwise.
