If you are reverse resisting this, then we have a situation in which you're going to need to clear some issue that makes losing weight a threat somehow. Have you previously used any or all of OF, EHPRA, UH? If so, which versions, and for how long? Let's see if we can find a way to use this to make HOWL better.
I used OFV3 for about 6 months prior to this and I played around with v1 and 2 before this (just not sure how long)
I’ve gained about 8 lbs so far, I’ve been on it for about 6 weeks- I can’t attribute it all to HOWL since I was coming off a diet but it didn’t really do much to stop the gain or cause further loss- and I haven’t been overeating or eating anything unusual, if anything I do feel the appetite suppression I’m varying degrees at different times
I also have noticed change in what I crave
I’ve noticed I sleep a lot more- even though I thought having more optimized hormones would lead to less sleep
I have noticed more energy and somewhat improved physical performance
But overall I am heavier and I haven’t been dropping weight- perhaps it is muscle and/or water weight but it wasn’t my intention to gain any weight of any form whatsoever
