Yesterday Thursday May 12th was the 1st day of 2 days OFF UMSV2.
Stage 1.
Hybrid Ocean Surf Silent.

I went back to work and noticed that I was thirstier than usual.
And I already drink lots of liquids.
Today Friday May 13th until tomorrow Saturday May 14th evening is going to be my 2nd day OFF.
