Get a UV phone sanitizer.  One brand name is "Phone Soap".  Cheaper versions can be found on Amazon.

Thanks dude. I'll keep that in mind for future reference for sure! I'll hold onto faith that either a) my phone will work again or b) this will all work out towards something better in the long run. 

I'ma focus on how this all works out for me somehow. that attitude shall be helpful. I can still listen to the sub if I download it onto my PC.

I hope you get your phone sorted. If worse comes to worse, would you be able to get a new phone?
