I was a fapper for at least 8-9 years, some days 2-3 times a day. the only thing that will save you from this vicious cycle is self control; cold showers, fasting, long runs, gym all helps.
I started nofap about 2-3 months ago, longest streak was 34 days, then 12, than now 23 days and going on. Don't think you cant do it when you relapse day 1-2-3 etc. This is like going to gym, you are developing your self-control muscles with every uncomfortable thing you did.
