Thanks Fab This is going to be an awesome journey. I will posts more pictures and stuff this time around. Since I found out how to post pictures here. I overcame my fears last time & did allot, went on allot of dates, had fun, but this time around I want to do even more then last time, more dates, more nature, more exploring. ect I feel allot stronger mentally then I was last time, I still had a little anxiety last time I'm surprised I was able to do as much as I did.
I had set my mind to overcome my fears & do the things I'm scared off or that make me uncomfortable, definitely can achieve allot more then you think, when you don't let your emotions or fears dictate your decisions.
For example the one time I had a panic attack right before I was at my girlfriends house felt like running away from the situation but decided to go in anyways, & the anxiety disappeared after 20 seconds. & everything went well.
