Today was my third day off, Decided to take 3 days off instead of 2 because I felt my brain could use the rest from all the loops I had last week.
I feel great. I noticed that my OCD is really bad but that's just a sign of the program working, but on the bright side, I am cleaning allot in a healthy way, & in the past when I cooked, I would wait to finish eating before washing dishes & cleaning up, but now I am cleaning as I am cooking.
I also don't feel any negative response to having to clean, I am enjoying it or neutral.
Things are going good, just eager to get out of Vancouver. Should be in Medellin sometime within the next 30 days. Really excited.
Haven't been using any substances (even tho I have some & alcohol as well, no cravings or desire to use anything that alters my mind) & I have been eating very healthy, cooking really nice meals & eating more often ( I am bulking up right now in the gym.)
Eliminated sugar as much as I can, & I am very health conscious atm.
