Two reasons that I waited so long to try for a refund:
1. having covid in April messed with my memory and wasn't till this past week I remembered.
2. Up till then I had been hoping for an upgrade to it that Shannon had said was in his plans. Now I just want to try something new and revisit the App supp at a future time when it comes available and there's a thread for it to read. As you can see in the thread, I put a lot of time and effort into getting AppSupp to work with no effect for my wife who I got it for.
I am intrigued by the "Aura of Love" and that is what I would get with a gift coupon.
