okay i know i didn't report on my second day off yesterday but now im wondering as mentioned earlier:
i had some bad sleep, now it's better but i was still tired yesterday to the point where i started eating more
at first i said to myself it was to get more energy but now i start to doubt since i do also eat because of boredom
and stress, so im starting to wondering is eating more a sign of resistance?
