@THolt  Curious how old are you.

I find it relevant how some people like @Kol respond very well to subs, and others like you seem to be spinning in circles without much progress, even after having run E3 / E4. It's almost discouraging as I seem to fit the same category as you

I am running hybrid. I wonder if it is the format I am doing. 

Perhaps I don’t need to be running hybrid. 

I may change back to mask next cycle.

Last night I ran 3 loops of hybrid. 

If I wanted to switch back to masked. How many loops should I do?

Going backwards in power is an unknown right now, so probably start over at the original instructions.
