How hard is it to just hold still around them?  That's all you need to do until they leave.

When theyre buzzing around and they dont leave but keep hitting into the window and I cannot leave then yeah the fear is real my friend haha but its that noise the bees and wasps make.... *im shuddering as I imagine it*

Fear is never your friend.  Just need to be patient for a few minutes until they leave.  Or spray them with bug spray and move on.  I have had them land on me and I just calmly wait until they fly away.  They won't sting unless they think you're going to attack.
