I’ll add HeartMath. In my experience, practicing just a few minutes a day makes a huge difference. For full results, however, purchasing their feedback equipment is recommended. They currently offer a “basic course” for free (it sold for 30 bucks before), since their web site is not easy to navigate, I recommend to watch that for a primer.
