Wife still struggling to get back the ground lost during vacation. Strange.
I've been doing the 6 reps 4days on 1 day off as suggested, BUT have been forgetting to play it during meal times. Will try to get back to doing that.
Me, I seem to have leveled off at around 190-191. Gotten lots of complements, too. So it must be a better weight than I was at, at least aesthetically, though I am sure it's better also in terms of health. Strength has not suffered, except in areas that couldn't be helped due to gym closures during covid quarantine nonsense.
