Hi All,
Just a quick update. Have continued Shannon's recommendations 4 days on 1 day off.
We had an 'aborted vacation' last week where we got almost to our destination, then had to turn around and drive another 4 hours back home only to unpack all the camping gear.
We compensated for the loss of our camping vacation (all CA campgrounds within striking distance were suddenly closed that morning without warning.) by having a beach day, a couple family barbecues, etc. but food (and drink) became a focus of the 'compensation' for loss of vacation.
So wife's weight surged back up a couple of lbs. Mine did too, but dropped right back down. She's on her way back to where she was last week previous to the 'vacation'. So far her new 'low weight' is 144.5 lbs. This is down from her high weight of 150 something. Today she was getting back to around 146.
Currently, my weight seems to be hovering around 190 or so dropping below by a couple pounds going back up by a couple of pounds. We'll see if the sub wants me to lose more, I'm looking pretty good according to the unsolicited comments from family members. Maybe I didn't need those extra pounds.
