So I didnt go to dmsi, after taking a break I came back to UMS as it is my biggest goal still. I have been doing 1 loop per week for about 3 weeks now, that is alot leas then the loops I did before. Still not seeing much results, but remaining hopeful. Had a feeling to do 2 loops per week now so I will be doing that. Overall I have noticed that I am a little less tired then I was when I was doing 5 loops per night and sometimes multiple nights a week Let's see if slow and steady wins the race this time. Really hoping ums2 will come out soon though!
