Cheers guys, I completely understand. I honestly don't know what I was thinking when I asked that question.
1x1 (on) then 4x0 (off). Add one loop each time to the "on" day until a sweet spot is found with respect to results during the bloom (off) period.

Did you do them back-to-back or break them up during the day? I think I read somewhere that you recommend doing the loops back-to-back and uninterrupted. I might need to switch to speaker mode and run the loops while I sleep, especially once I build up to 3 or more.
I always do my loops back to back, because otherwise you disrupt the Audio to Silence Balancer Ratio (ASRB), which I spend a lot of time figuring out to optimize the effectiveness of the program. If you don't listen to them back to back, you will always disrupt that and get less than the best possible results. It's not a recommendation, it's how you get the best results, so it is the instructions. I always listen while I am sleeping, on the speaker of my cell phone.
Ah... Shannon, would you please add these instructions on the description webpage too? I wasn’t familiar with technologies and abbreviations when starting UMS 3 months ago with the “as-desired” listening schedule. So it’s been a roller coaster ride between deep tiredness and hard core enthusiasm. I think one should’n need to follow forums to learn, for instance, about the importance of ASRB & listening to the track back to back. It’s not mentioned at all on the UMS webpage. Thank you for the program!
This is explained in the FAQ.
