Day 9
I have been dreaming a lot but mostly I cannot remember them. A couple from last night I do remember appeared to be working on fears. In one, a huge white spider was hanging from the ceiling over my bed watching me. I woke up, still half asleep, and turned on the lamp to see if anything was there. In another dream, I was using a public toilet that was attached to a busy restaurant's kitchen. Each time I attempted to urinate, a staff member would come through the door which was situated next to the urinal. It was a little uncomfortable as my privacy was repeatedly violated.
I also have noticed that on various occasions, I have had a strange sense of something similar to Deja Vu. It is triggered by an event or something that someone says and my brain attempts to link the information back to a dream that I cannot remember. It's hard to explain properly but it never happened until I started using UMS. It's not scary or anything but a little weird and I thought might be worth mentioning. I can't wait to get this usage schedule locked in and slowly add more loops to see what UMS can really do!
