Yeah, it's mostly my own fears, that heavy feeling. Most manageable. 
Let's eradicate!
Funnily enough, they appear to have been somehow triggered by last night's dinner-girl playing "Con te partiro" (a. k. a. "Time to say goodbye", lol) as I was about to leave, heh. I now have it stuck in my head a bit; the proper way to go about it is to *belt it out*, oh yeah.
