Quote:Questions to Shannon: I allow my desires to guide me as to when to use it, and so far it's been working. Lately I've been feeling a 'block' or kinda stuck, as if I've reached a ceiling.
1) Can you please advise regarding a schedule: On-Days and Off-Days?
2) Should I have the UMS tracks playing in the background while I'm working on my laptop etc, or should I leave it to play uninterrupted at nights while sleeping. (I actually feel energized when using it while working on my laptop. The first track is actually running now as I type).
I'm asking because I've been listening to the full loop (5 tracks) in the morning while working on my laptop and during gym, and I put it to play when going to bed.
Awaiting your advice and recommendation Shannon!
Thanks in advance.
The block you feel is very likely resistance based in your success, which now approaches achievement of something that generates un-dissolved fear.
As to question #1: When you must manually choose the schedule, I suggest you do so based on you experience of what works best. Originally the models indicated 1 loop on 1 day and then after that day, 7 days off. I have come to understand that answer as being the most complete and useful answer the models could give based on what the question was and how the question limited the answer based on presumptions used in formulating it. Basically, that is Step 1, which would lead to the rest, even though answering the question literally does not leave room for detailing the rest in the answer to the question specifically asked.
It became obvious that 1 loop 1 day on, 7 days off, was not enough. This was, however, useful for determining what was enough. This led to exposing what the reaction to the program was, and how long that reaction lasted, thus allowing for a tuning of the number of days off, the number of loops and the number of days on.
You probably already know the number of days off that works best for you. For me, it appears to be 4.
You probably know a good number of loops to use. For me, that value is 2, 4 or 8, depending on other variables in play.
And you may know a good number of days on to use it; for me that value is 1. I become deeply exhausted if I try to use it more than one day at a time.
My schedule may not work for you. That is why you need to experiment to determine each variable individually. I suggest you start with how many days off to use, and then determine optimal number of loops. Then, if you wish, you can try to determine an optimal number of days on.
As to question #2: You are welcome to use UMS whenever it is most convenient and effective for you.
