Me too, it is my biggest block to life, i think most people have it since being successful means getting exposed (to others opinions and actions), many traumas get triggered in this process. If you were abused as a child, for instance, your ego will do anything to protect you from future abuse so it will work hard to keep you low-key, comfortable, average, far from danger.
