6/10 anxiety yesterday and today. Yesterday I wasn’t prepared but today I was prepared. Once the anxiety kicked in at work I began running LTU5 from my phone US. Within 2 hours the anxiety was to a 2/10 level. I ran the sub for an additional 8 hours today with no noticeable increase in energy or hunger. It’s too early to tell if this method is working as well as it seems or if it’s placebo. Hopefully I don’t need to run it again tomorrow but if I do I do.
