Still feeling positive. Had a fairly productive day. Despite the lack of focus, I was more persistent to do as much as work possible today. But I have still long ways to go.
Tonight I begin my 7-day break. It feels weird not to listen to a sub for a whole week. It feels like "wasting" time even though logically I know this isn't true.
I still can't believe that secondary ASRB is 7 days.
Hard for me to believe too. But, given the tuning of the ME, I believe it will be necessary to prevent exhaustion.
