RNW is definitely working.It brought up lots of negativity in the last two days.Yesterday it was quite hard and I was seriously depressed and flooded
with negativity and started crying from some reason.Also lots of anger about

situation is quite irritating.
Before those last two days I began noticing I'm sometimes happier,more
relaxed socially and better communicating with people and more centered.
