On my days off i'm needing to put it on for like an hour just to get though the harshest parts. Do you think this will have a significant impact on the efficacy of the program?
I'm more and more beginning to think that we are approaching a situation where you guys may benefit from guiding yourselves on says on/days off. So let's do that as an experiment, and see how it goes. If you find that you want to use the program more than the instructions, go ahead and do it, and we will consider it an experiment.
Sweet- i was really thinking one day off was good enough.
Same for DMSI? I've been a bit tempted to try 8:2 instead of 7:3.
As long as you're not obviously trying to self sabotage by using it less, etc. why not see how it works?
