Quick update to @Shannon & ALL!

Quick update on LTU so far!

Day 1: Started when i woke up in the middle of the night due to kidney pain, but disappeared after a little but my mind was feeling really good.

Overall I'd say I can see it doing its job i mean! My mind is at pure peace! and when i mean peace this feeling is unbelievable! i love it! I'm relaxed and enjoying life everything going so well.

Dreams: 1st day i had a dream my right arm was getting eaten by Ants!! PAINFUL! but other than that they've been pretty lit!

job wise: Getting so many calls for job interviews, Happy & Joy WOW! and gratitude!

'I get this weird back pain, it has been over 3 days now! It varies from burning to heaviness to eventually feel like someone is sat on my BACK! @Shannon i was thinking whether or not you can optimize MHS into LTU just a suggestion but i do know it has physical healing in it. i just need this to pass because its pretty much frustrating me & I Never get Back aches! Just want my life tuned UP!

with USLM i have so many conscious desires and sometimes i don't know which to focus on! GRR but im going with the flow with that one...


Any tips/advice for this back pain, ps - i do avoid painkillers as i want this to pass naturally and i am currently on my 3-day break, i was thinking running it 24/7! so my conscious/subconscious whichever is Resisting just ACCEPTS the damn script!

Gotta say the Anger part i've been pretty calm! As i am very short tempered at times.

Once again, the back pain is almost certainly a symptom of a subconscious tension resulting from dealing with fears. It most likely isn't as a result of healing physically. MHS isn't in LTU, it has a physical healing component added to E3.

The back pain will pass naturally when the subconscious fears are dealt with. In the mean time, you are welcome to use mild painkillers like aspirin or ibuprofen etc. if you like.
