SO and I both work from home. It's really hard for me to get anything done partly because we distract each other all the time. He went on a conference, and I realized when he was gone how easy it was for me to get so much accomplished. I was going to tell him that we need better discipline and structure. As it turns out, he met with a company that wants to hire him to do part time work in their office. This isn't the first time that someone wanted to hire or even partner with him, but he always turned it down because of the freedom that working from home gave him. I think we're both noticing that we need to change things, then this opportunity came around.
