Went to poker tonight bar girl and many others there some at my table, a small conversation during the night nothing much, even earlier before the game tried talking to others but they would say a few things in short sentences and move on.
So any respect or socialising aspects to be more interested in hanging out around me from any of them wasnt noticed no extra conversation from bar girl even when was very slow.
So far i guess no external changes.
The no fap thing only was around on hybrid at high volumes once down at -41db nothing stopping me but willpower to not watch which was no different to before hand, at high volume hybrid i had no real interest in watching clips would only watch for 30 seconds or so and lose interest.
So not sure what to do now but cycle 4 will stay with hybrid at the volume suggested.
