The instructions say it is best to do 5 loops during the day instead of during the sleep. It also says the 5 loops - which is 5.30 hours - should be completed and not interrupted. Now, how do you get this accomplished during the day? If you have a job it is more than a challenge to find another 5.30 hours in a row to execute this.
Another question is what technology do you use on your iPhone, so that the loop plays 5 times and then stops.
Thanks for your appreciated input!
As Shannon always says: You will find a way if you want to get your loops done. I actually get it done during my sleep, but that is the only time when I generally have 5.5 hours uninterrupted. It doesn't bother my sleep like previous versions seemed to.
For iPhone, I use the built-in music app and add the "song" to the playlist 5 times. If you don't like iTunes, you can use the free CopyTrans (for Windows) to create playlists and transfer music to the phone. Or you can also put the song on repeat, create a timer, set it for 5.5 hours, then scroll all the way to the bottom and choose "stop playing".
YMMV and HTH
Before these short loops some people were listening to the max (at that time) of 20-21 hrs a day. With holding down a job. You can find time for 5 hours. Especially if you game, Netflix, etc. Priorities my friend. Priorities.
I'm doing 10.6 hrs right now on my last run of AM6
