Dude great post! I'm glad your enjoying yourself so much and staying healthy. I know that's what's been happening with me. I'm probably going to slowly eat healthier and healthier again. At least I'm still eating 50/50 organic foods to processed foods. I'll start taking fish oil again too. I'll definitly look into food grade hydrogen. Running the alpha 5.0 does sound tempting as well. Keep it up buddy
