I went back to hybrid last night for 5 loops with headphones the new ones i bought with 20000hz.
One thing i do notice is after a sleep, i seem to be awake till 2-3am but then sleep till around 10 or so, so im still getting 7-8 hours sleep, but i also wake up around 6-7 but fall back to sleep or lack motivation to get up till around 10.
The other thing is morning wood is quite strong on this version, normally they suggest pine pollen for testosterone boost and other things as guys get older but last few days that hasnt been an issue which does put sexual thoughts in your head, but looking at porn after hybrid version last night no interest in it again. I could watch it but i just skip through the scene and close it and caused no reaction not that it was on for more than a minute though.
I have started to take my protein shake earlier when i wake up as dmsi needs some food to run as its calories it should still do the job as i dont normally eat till later in the day but as im on dmsi i thought i should atleast try having something small to start the day.
Heading to the gym soon see if have any looks from women after 5 days, will be heading to the pub later where a hot bar maid is and a bikini girl see if get any reactions from them and shops tomorow to see if i notice anything.
The use of bodyfat as an energy source i dont think is working as im still on reasonable low calorie diet and the scale actually is increasing slightly instead of decreasing but will give it time to see how it goes as i start a 21 day fat loss program on tuesday when i come back from my weekend away, with the aim of dropping the last 3 kilos i want to lose.
