For the LTU upgrade, I think what's common among those who executed MLS is that they greatly benefitted from the reduction in brain fog, improvement in clear thinking and articulation. LTU with these elements (i.e. brain optimisation) would be ideal. I feel like if LTU is to cover all the basis and be an all rounder what's needed is that the user becomes and feels competent - it's such a fundamental piece of the pie when it comes to just having self esteem and wellbeing.

We don't need to worry about what's going into LTU until I am finished with DMSI. I can't do anything with the suggestions until then, and until then I will be too focused on DMSI to remember them. But I think those are good suggestions.
