I am certainly looking to achieve both.(11-15-2018, 06:23 PM)ianmarconi Wrote:(11-15-2018, 05:30 PM)Shannon Wrote:(11-15-2018, 03:06 PM)Choice Wrote:Shannon Wrote:I'm not interested in power in the conventional sense. I don't need millions and billions for myself, but it would definitely be nice to be financially independent while I go about achieving my bigger goals.
My bigger goals are hopefully going to be even more extraordinary. We shall see. I'm not done achieving my medium term goals yet, which will enable those bigger goals. Hopefully soon, though.
What are your bigger goals, if you may share what they are of course?
My bigger goals are to be able to make a bigger positive impact on the world. What they are specifically, I'll keep to myself for the time being. Suffice it to say that I'll need to be at least a multi-millionaire to accomplish even one of them.
You don't need to be a multi-millionaire to make a bigger impact on the world, your programs already do that by changing one person at a time and all good that one does is, in a sense, attributed to you. Every time i am a better person to someone where in other time i would be a dick, that person happiness is yours too. I want to do just that, impact people so much that i can multiply the number of goodness in this world, changing it one person at a time.
He probably should be though- at least as a reward to himself. Bring value to the world to recieve value.
