This is gonna be Day 9 for me on USLM3(First day back after break), and things have not been going so hot for me lately.
Ilve felt very confused on what I should be doing with my life and purpose here going forward, who i am and who i should be, and just stressed the F out and feeling lost and down.
Ive thought maybe this is just the FRM3 working on things and everything would be clear soon, but I have thought such things in the past and I never seem to be able to reach that other side.
Im not blaming you, I know my lack of results has EVERYTHING to do with me and my own resistance to execution. I was just starting to think that after being on subs for so long that maybe they are personally not the answer for ME and my issues. How long do you think I should give USLM3 a shot before I potentially move on to focusing on other means of change?(a pure focus on meditation, yoga and consciousness work is what i would likely pursue) I was thinking if after a solid 3 months of V3 things still dont seem to be getting noticeably better that it might be in my best interest to move on. Do you think that is fair?
Once again this is in no way a knock on you and your work Shannon, I appreciate everything you have done and all the hard work you have put on on these subs and know you have changed countless lives with them. This is just something I feel I personally need to hash out going forward
I'm not taking this as a knock on me or my work, so relax. I said in the instructions to use it 3 months, so use it 3 months. However, if you consciously set a date after which you intend to quit if things don't get better, aren't you just incentivising the stagnation of the situation until then so your subconscious has a goal for how to stay where it is? For the time being, just use the program. Let your subconscious gnash its teeth and throw whatever temper tantrums it wants. Just keep going.
