I think 5 is too much for me, today is the second day i listen to 5 loops and i am tired all day, with a brain fog and ungrounded (kind of airy).
I would advise to stick with 5 as per the instructions. The tiredness should start passing with further use as the program continues to work on removing fear and other things that don't jive with its goals. While you could technically listen to fewer loops, it will degrade effectiveness.
I noticed that when the night time comes, my mood is way better, that "high on life" shows up, my brain is less foggy. I think the 2 days break will be the best days.
What? Day two and already you're wussing out and lowering your loops? Jeez, whatever happened to letting the program do it's job? You guys want faster, I give you faster, and then you run away.
I understand you would want to do something different if it's weeks on end, but day two? Come on, man.
I prefer slow and steady

I can't have a incapacitating brain fog if I want to be productive. With other programs (like MLS and E2) in which one can pick the amount of loops that works the best in a particular range of loops, I usually choose the amount that is on the edge of being too angry, or too tired, or too depressed (I tend to unconsciously resist a lot). Usually the subs start to really work when I beat the 1 month mark.
With MLS I often took breaks or lowered the loops before you recommended the 1:1 ratio of use and break and it worked well for me. Usually I feel better on the break.
