I've been having some real deep scared shitless kinda stuff coming up today,as my upcoming move begins tuesday...the fear of survival,fear of death,fear of the unknown...all three and yet they are basically the same.... I've expreinced at least twice today of this deep down 'terror' being worked on and released.
I thought about it,intuited about it, looked at from several directions...and considered well this could be
"Psychosomatic" and part of it has been due to being around certainly family members that I am defintely 'allergic' emotionally as they are super toxic( another reason why Im removing myself from the current circumstances) and placebo( I rarley if ever feel much less think that way) effect. Nahhh.
I experinced these deeper issus being worked on and slowly dissolved.... thats why I thought well maybe its the TID effects of USLM3 and/or knowing its coming soon. hope that helps.
BTW: IM no where near 'outta the woods' on coping and dealing with these fears but the key words here are 'dealing with'...the growth and healing continue.
