@Shannon sorry I seem to asking alot but it just hit me, once UMOP works and removes the fear and procrastination and gets you motivated to achieve whatever you want to, can you add something about working hard (hard work) and working smart please?
I mean I can be motivated to work, but usually after doing a little I end up feeling so happy with myself that I congratulate myself for a job well done and thus take a break or feel I need a long break.
I need to get into that zone of successful people that when they do work they dont just stop but keep going and making all the right decisions needed and all the correct course corrections needed to make the goal happen whether they feel like it or not.
