If USLM A is released, it will probably be after DMSI 3.3, as I want to see what happens given a reasonable amount of time for B to work on cases like yours, instead of running off to use A.
"Unlucky events" is reverse resistance, especially since that is specifically going against the instructions of at least one module in the script. Reverse resistance is a fear based response. So let's give the FRM more time and see what happens.
